The person I spoke to on the phone to organise a part was rude and arrogant and personally shouldn't be working there with the level of disrespect for customers. The only upside is the guy that came to install the part really amazing service. So I think the management should really fine tune the phone eddicate of the employees so that no one else goes through the same experience.

- Philippa Moore Added April 22, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★After my 10 year old Magimix food processor had a freak accident, I was tossing up whether to replace the whole thing or just get a new main blade. I went to Quality Equipment to see if they could assist - they were friendly, responsive and helpful, and sourced a replacement Magimix blade for me very quickly. My food processor works again and I couldn't be happier :) I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again if I needed a major appliance repair!
