  Best advice from day one
  When my Mum passed away in September 2021 my brother and I had the difficult choice of what to do with the family home. We finally decided to sell it after almost 7 decades in the family. My daughter recommended Jason to us as he had sold a property for her a little while back.
  We cautiously though approached 3 real estate firms to get quotes for service as we were unsure but my daughter was correct and Jason stood out as the best. His advice and knowledge about the area, the property market and the processes to follow, even at that first initial meeting, stood out from the others and was informative and helpful. We could not have asked for better service, assistance and communication through the sale of the family home.
  
  We are extremely sad to see it go, but because of Jason's work we know we achieved the very best price possible and have sold the home to a young and growing family who will appreciate the opportunities the property presents. We know how much the place meant to our parents and the fun times we had there. Memories are for keeps.
  
  Jason provided us with continued communication on the sale activities as they progressed and offered any further assistance and advice we required after the sale. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him and his wife Nikki. His professional advice and care and empathy for us during this painful parting sale of the family home we grew up in was truly appreciated and made us feel so comfortable during the process.
  
  I would have no hesitation in recommending Jason if anyone asks us to recommend a real estate company and especially a particular agent.

  Professional, great communication, genuine interest
  Justin was recommended by a friend and dealt with our request for an appraisal very professionally. We were impressed by the full presentation and proposed marketing plan of the sales proposal and Justin's open manner. Justin's communication throughout the process was exceptional and he responded to all of our queries in a prompt, professional manner. He debriefed after each open home and kept us up to date with the state of the process. We would not hesitate to use Justin's services again and recommend him unreservedly.

  Professional͏ and helpful
  I am so happy with the sale of my property. Justin and Andrea worked with me to get the house ready for sale and advised of what needed to be done, which was so helpful. They are very approachable and honest, they made me feel extremely comfortable and I was assured they would do a great job. The communication was excellent every step of the way. It was just like selling the house with good friends, I would recommend Justin and Andrea to everyone.

  Fabulous͏ Kim - Everything We Needed In An Agent
  
  Kim͏ was a pleasure to work with in selling our home and purchasing in a neighbouring suburb.
